Form submissions are not coming through?

    Hi. I have a colleague working in Australia and we are based in the UK. The last couple of days he has filled out the form and submitted and it has come back telling him that the forms were submitted successfully. The problem is that the form submissions have not been received in our Jotform submissions and also have not been received to the email that is registered to receive submissions. 

    We have done a test run this morning and the form has worked fine from UK and Australia but we need to understand what has happened to the 3 forms that were sent over the last couple of days. 

    Could it be that where there are a lot of photos added into each form it is taking a while to come through?

    Its quite urgent that we have these forms and I was hoping that you can recover them your end on the basis that we received the message on screen saying the forms had been submitted successfully.

    I have written out the form number below.

    Hello,

    I have checked our records and can see only 3 recent submissions. I assume these were test submissions you performed. Unfortunately, there is no other record for the last couple of days. The form is considered as submitted if your respondent is redirected to the Thank You page. Can you please check with your user if they have received a Thank You message? 

    Also, was the form filled out via the direct link https://eu.jotform.com/80233924084353 ?

    We can also investigate further if you provide us email of the user, which was entered.
