How to add comments to submissions?

Also there dosent seem to be an "add comments" section which my old provider had. Which meant i could add details about when the order was processed ect.

Unfortunately, there's no direct option to add comments to form submissions, but you may create a field for that on your form and fill it when editing the submission: How-to-Edit-Submissions-Made-on-Your-Forms
