Form is crashing while accessing and submitting

Hello,

I’m using a free form from you guys, and it’s been working fine up until yesterday. I had one applicant tell me that the form crashed at the end and I’ve just logged in and I can see that 6 or 7 people had it crash on them yesterday.

What can I do about that?

Very seldom we have form crashing reports and they are mainly caused due to the form cache. I cloned your form and tried to submit it and found no issues. It worked perfectly. If it crashes again you need to clear the browser cache or try a different browser to see if that works.

Have you made any changes to the form while it was being accessed by the users? This could prompt the crash as well.

Let us know if it continues crashing after your clear the browser cache or tries a different browser.
