How do I pre-populate fields from one form to another
from this form https://form.jotform.com/82325850019151
to this form https://form.jotform.com/82335327419155
I need the name, email, phone number, Ticket Balance & ticket qty populated.
I read the info documentation and still can't get it to populate.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Please note that putting the link in the "Redirect to external link" will not work:
Because you have integrated with PayPal, and each time the form is submitted, the user will be redirected to PayPal checkout page.
So, you can put that link in the autoresponder notification: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email
Also, it is not possible to pass the data(quantity and total price) from the payment field to another form.
The only option would be splitting your product into native fields, such as Dropdowns, and performing the calculations as shown on these guides:
https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget
And if you need to pass the total to be paid, to a payment field, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field
