How do I delete the files so my upload space doesn't go over?

You will actually delete the submissions that have attached files on them. Deleting the submissions will then include the files on them used in the upload fields.
Please note that deleting submissions will permanently remove all the information/data of the particular submission. It is recommended to integrate the form either to Dropbox or Google drive to have a backup copy of uploaded files. So, when the submissions are deleted from JotForm, you will still have a copy of the uploaded files in the integrated applications.
Hope this help. Please inform us if you have further inquiry.

I figured that :-) One by One? Is there a bulk option?

You can use the 'Delete All' button to delete every submission on the current page.
