I’ve been working on my form all day and it keeps coming up with the picture below, when I preview the form it shows a table before I modified it, but when I edit it it’s fine.

can you please tell me how to delete ‘unexpected error occurred control_matrix’ and how i can publish what I’m setting on editor where it is 1535033626image Screenshot 10

    Hello,

Please try to delete the element with our Field Manager application: http://fieldmanager.jotform.io

If this will not be of help, please provide us the link to a form you refer to.

    Thank you.

We have deleted the wrong element.

If you need a 'matrix' field, please add a new Input Table element.

The Matrix field usually looks like this, or like this in a card form layout. In our new editor, it is called as an Input Table.

I have removed two more fields with the errors. The field labels were 'How Would you Rate Your Pain/Discomfort?' and 'How Would You Rate Your General Health?'.

    Please re-check the form.
