Can Jotform be used for service requests?

I am trying to find a program where we can receive our media/technical arts requests for our school, but then be able to send the request to the right group/person. Is that something JotForm can do?

Yes it is possible to create such form. You can create form to receive media/technical arts request and then add condition in form to send email to the appropriate recipient based on the selection of form field.
