Can I create pages with custom JavaScript code?

I would like to add some simple JavaScript code and some hidden form submission data. Is this possible and how would I go about doing that?

To answer your question, the only way to add custom Javascript to the form is to use your form source code https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-Download-a-Source-Code-of-your-Form. There's no other way to do it other than this.
