I was never notified about a payment limit...I don't think it is fair to enforce it in the middle of a project.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
Due to certain reasons like increase in demand for Online Security and privacy, we started to apply payment limits starting November 1st, 2017 and gradually expanded it to our existing users.
I have checked your account subscription and you're under the Silver plan. The new payment limit for the Silver plan is 100 payments.
