Hello,
I created this form and conditions exactly like another form with the Get For URL so the customer can complete the remainder of the form and sign it. I hid the fields I don't need our reps to see and made a condition to show them after the customer clicks the link back to the form edit and sign. The problem is the hidden fields are not showing up on the editable form.
Here is the form URL - https://form.jotform.com/82346538463160
Here is the edit form URL - https://www.jotform.com/edit/4108656052164115118
You can see that the hidden parts of the form are not showing in the edit URL.
Thank you!
Please disregard the image I uploaded - it is not the correct image. Thanks.Page URL: https://form.jotform.com/82346538463160 -

It was not working due to conflict on show/hide conditions. There are condition statement that affect similar fields.

To fix, try removing the fields that were involved in the different condition statement. Make sure that those fields were only used once in condition statement.
Let us know if issue persist.

On the conditions that involve the Get Page URL widget, I have noticed that you have used the field state "Is Equal To".
Please update the conditions and make it "Contains" instead.
That should solve the issue that you are having.
