Unauthorized account creation

    I recieved an email requesting confirmation of my account but I did not request an account.  Please dissociate any requests from my email.

    I have checked the email address you used to used to open this post, but I cannot find a JotForm account associated, if you're referring to another email address, please kindly provide us with that so we can check.

    The email used is michael.ullmam19@gmail.com and the username is antnioda159

    The account was already suspended and blocked the IP address of the user. Please take note that this is a spam and you do not have an account with us. You can mark the email (michael.ullmam19@gmail.com) as a spam.
