Recaptcha problem from iphones only

Hi all,

We encounter a problem in a booking form we use for a while on https://tridentcruises.gr/book-now/

When the webpage is viewed on an iphone eg. 6 and the user checks the box 'I m not a robot' then there is a second verification like eg. click on boxes showing roads. Even if the user clicks the correct ones, there is an error and the form isn't sent.

Even if the user tries again, the same thing happens. When trying from Android everything works fine.

Can you please help, as we lose reservations made by iphones.

From what I have investigated, the issue with reCaptcha widget repeatedly refreshing on website pages was due to network related issues. It could be the network is slow, security related issue, or there script conflict issue within the website source.

What I suggest you can try first is to replace the reCaptcha field on your form with the basic element Captcha field.

You can set the option recaptcha ON also.
