Maybe misunderstood how this works, but having upgraded our account for a few months and lnked it to a dropbox folder for capturing teh data for the form we set up, I later downgraded the accout to the "free version" as we're an NGO and only really need to use the form once a year.
I've just noticed that the dropbox folder is empty - is this a result of the downgrade?
