Custom email sender SMTP: Email not being sent when a form is submitted

    Hi,

I made some edits to one of my forms, and now I do not get an email notification with the completed form as a .pdf. Can you help me fix this?

I've kept the same notification settings and it seems like it should be working... but it's not.

    Thanks,

    Cam

    Hi,
Thanks for the wonderful help. I made the change suggested and the email went through! Awesome :)
However, it triggered a Google security warning. My account is already set to allow lower level security sign ins, however it looks like JotForm is still triggering this problem, Any ideas?
    Thanks,

Did you turn on the Less secure app access in your Gmail account?

This can be done from https://myaccount.google.com/lesssecureapps

You should receive a notification only once that you have made this change.

You can always change the Sender Email back to noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com if you don't want to use your Gmail account to send the emails.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
