Bronze membership cancelation

I have cancelled my bronze membership on 26.07.18

This month I have been charged $19.90 USD on the 22.08.18.

Can you please refund this amount.

It seems like your subscriptions has not been cancelled yet, please make sure to log in to your PayPal account to cancel the subscription number: I-R9K98N7G38EE

We have sent a request to our billing team to have the last payment refunded. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for it to be completed.

The payment does not seem to be processed in our paypal dashboard, probably the transaction is on floating status in your bank system, allow 10 business days to see if the system gets the charge refunded, otherwise let us know and we will contact paypal to help us get this resolved.
