We got email from jotform Aug 23, 2018 reached the limits ( http://prntscr.com/kme60l ) and our form not working , but i checked my account , number of submissions we got way too far to out of limits , we got 769 of 10000 used limits
Can you guys help me check it out and give us some ideal why we got this issues ?

On checking your account I found that you are on Silver subscription and your account is in good standing.
Also, I have checked some of your forms and they are up and running.
Would you please let me know the form URL which is disabled for you so that I could investigate further.
