How do you had thank you page?

on 2 of my forms I can direct the user to a thank you page after the file out the form. But on one for some reason that thank you page is not available. How do I add that to the form. 

The one where the thank you page does not appear under the settings tab is surely a card form, for this form layout the thank you page wizard has been moved to the build section so you need to scroll down until the very bottom to find the wizard, here is also a guide about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/499-How-to-Edit-Thank-You-Page-Settings

I watched the video and scrolled down my form and was unable to find the submit button. Im I missing something?
