Why is only one of my forms showing up as "Form has exceeded Quota"?

    We use several forms, but one of mine is currently showing a "Form has exceeded Quota" error. How can I fix this?

    It is showing that error, because you have reached the Payments limit. So, any form that has a payment field in it, will be disabled. You could either upgrade to a paid plan that provides more payments per month, or wait for the counter to reset on Sep 1st, 2018.

    Please note that the counter resets the first day of each month. Let us know if you have more questions.

    Is that per form? Because, we have other forms with payments that are still running?

    The payments limit is not per form, is per account total. What are the other payment forms that are still available despite the over limit status?
