This is really unacceptable for these reports to be unavailable for an entire day. I also tried to download these forms yesterday evening and was unable to do so. These forms are used for payroll within our company and we have a deadline to submit the data so our bank can pay out on this Friday.
How can I possibly use your service with 24+ hours of down time?? I have no way of making my payroll in time for the cut off and now 25 people who are paid weekly will be without checks for the weekend unless I come up with a way to find their submited forms.
This is very poor business to have such a large down time.

I'm sorry to hear that. We are working hard to make sure that they will be available by tomorrow morning. I hope that works for you. If it does not send me an email at atank at interlogy.com and I will get the reports for you.
