Submissions aren't showing up on form created

    Jotform had to create a form for me because when I would preview it, it would look different.

    This form has been sent out to over 2,000+ email address. When I look on the website under submissions, it shows zero. I know that is not the case because I had people from work sign up. They should at least be showing up.

    When I emailed Jotform yesterday, this was the response I received:

    "I have checked your account email history and it seems like your emails have been sent without any problems, I would recommend you to check your spam/junk folder since the emails may have ended up there, this guide will also help you to know why emails may not be sending: 

    If the problem persists, let us know."

    The email addresses are not the problem. The problem is that when people opt-in to the form that was sent, it is not showing on my submission list. It still shows "zero."

    We paid for a service and are not receiving what we expected. I don't understand how there is not a phone number that someone can call for issues.

    I can see you have opened multiple threads for this issue: 

    The thread you're referring to is the first one, so this is basically a follow up reply that should have been posted on that thread in order to avoid confusion, please kindly avoid to open a thread for the response you want to post, instead please open this link  in a web browser and post the reply here, this way we avid confusion while checking multiple threads in order to get what the issue is about. 

    Now, I have reviewed your form and submitted it, I can see the submission recorded on your account. Now, how are you sharing the form? Did you share the form URL? 

    If you form is embedded in a page then we would need to get the link so we can further inspect it. Also, have you received reports from your users that they have submitted the form? 

    I would recommend you to check that you have shared the correct link, you may also ask your users if they have received any errors while trying to submit the form or if they are getting the thank you page, if this does not happen then it means that indeed the submissions are not recorded, but we would need to get more details about what they are experiencing while submitting the form in order to further investigate and provide a workaround or resolve the problem. 

    If they are getting some sort of error message, please provide us a screenshot following the guide below, attached images via email responses will not be posted on this thread.
