I have had 8 people fill in my form over the last 24 hrs, and every one of them has complained about the form.

I still need help with why completely separate people who have tried to use my form are either saying that it's crashing right at the end, or they're not being sent the automated reply telling them that I've received their form submission?

I can see that people have filled in the form, but for every person who filled it out yesterday, I've got a kind of error for each and every one of the submissions.

I'd really appreciate your help with this, becuase I'm trying to hire new team members and I'm losing confidence in sending them the link to this form to fill out.

The other memeber of your team who used the form said it worked fine for them, but i even got a failed submission number for him too.

I have been testing your form and I can see my submission was recorded, may you  please check and let me know if you see my testing submission? 

I can also see you have enabled the save and continue forms later feature so that's why there are submissions as incomplete, note that if they are not redirected to the thank you page the submission will not be recorded and it will remain as incomplete. 

Now, they will never get a confirmation email since your form is encrypted, actually auto-responder emails are not supported on encrypted forms. 

Are your users getting an error while trying to submit the form?

Also, I tested using the direct link to your form since I could not find it on your page, may you please let us know where exactly we can find it?
