How do you get forms connected to dropbox to be reliable?

    I have had issues with documents that were uploaded to form connected to dropbox not appearing in the folder.  Sometimes they are in the email sent and I can download them and move them into the folder myself, but several times now folks have assured me the document was showing up as uploaded and I get no record of it and it doesn't appear in the dropbox

    I also had a couple of forms that didn't show up in my dropbox and had to download them from the submisions page and place them in there.

    We appologize for the inconvenience that may have caused. Regarding on the issue, have you tried already re-integrating your form into Dropbox? If not, can you please give a try and let us know if that solve the problem or not?
