How to hide field based on user's selection?

thanks for creating this wonderful useful form. I have no issue on the form created until recently i discovered that the item i have hide still appears in the form. Do advise me what have gone wrong?

i am trying to hide "chef jacket x2" for this category.

On my end, the condition you've set seems to be working as required. All the fields you've selected to be hidden are not showing:

To hide more fields simply select them in the condition and they will not show on the form:
