Why am I not receiving email notifications?

    Hello, I wrote yesterday because I can not receive the notification email. This morning I checked and my address was inserted between those blocked. I tried to send a form but it still does not work. I added a secondary address and the email arrives regularly. What can it be ?

    I have checked our bounce list and blocked email list for your notification email: i*f*@unic*r*.it and there are no issues. The notifications should be sent to your email as required. Please check your spam folder. 

    In addition please tell your email administrator to whitelist Jotform IP addresses. Refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
