    I still have an issue with the form causing a browser to crash on mobile devices when 4 letters are selected as an option. ( seems to work fine on desktop browsers and in the preview mode) but not on mobile devices

    I have checked your form on my mobile device (Chrome on Samsung Galaxy S6) but I could not replicate the issue.

    The browser does not crash when 4 Santa Letters option is selected.

    Are you able to replicate the issue? If yes, can you please tell us what kind of browser and device are you using? (Maybe there is a specific step that I am missing)

    I have also checked the form on Safari (iPhone) but it seems to be working properly.

    Hi it seems to happen when its installed on my website... i have created a new blank document and installed to code provided from the platforms / Dreamweaver embed section of the embed form here: have tried on 3 different iPhones using both chrome and safari and all 3 crash there browser.  Also using the standard embed script installed here the form does not view full screen height and doesn't lock into place on mobile browsers and is half height on desktop browser. I hope this makes sense

    I suggest you embed the form on your page using the following code:

    <!DOCTYPE html>
    <html lang="en">

        <meta charset="UTF-8">
        <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0">
        <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="ie=edge">
            body {
                margin: 0;
                height: 100%
            iframe {
                height: 100% !important;

        <script type="text/javascript" src=""</script>

    I have used that code to embed the form here:

    I have tested it on multiple devices. The form does not crash and it looks properly on desktop browsers as well.

    Try that code and let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hi I have installed the code here:

    this has corrected the issue with the odd sizing. however I am still getting the error /page crash when selecting 4 letters and clicking continue, please see image.

    I have cleared the cache and all browsing data history and have the same issue in both safari and chrome

    I was able to replicate the issue now.

    This could be caused due to the big number of fields that the form has.

    Let me forward this to our developers. We will let you know once there is an update on this.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience.
