Padding of form embedded on a website

    Hi There,
We are having a hard time getting ride of the padding around the form that we embedded onto our site. Your previous posts talk about adding custom CSS however when we go to where you say to add the custom CC it is not there...

Where can we NOW add custom CC to our JotForm?

    Your help is much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Veronica

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. However, the feature to inject custom CSS codes to your form is not available to JotForm cards.

To fix the issue that you are having, can you try embedding your form using its Iframe Embed Codes instead and adjust the value of the height attribute of the <iframe>, please?

I'm not able to use iFrame for two reasons:
    1. the iFrame code results in the calculator not always loading (perhaps it can be blocked if someone has a popup blocker on)
    2. It results in the external success landing pages not always loading

Is there a different plan I need to do custom CSS? Or an alternative way of doing this?

I see. Thank you for the additional information. However, if that is the case I'm afraid that there is no other workaround available for JotForm Cards.

By the way, have you tried using the Iframe Embed Codes without its <script> part? This means that you will only embed the <iframe> part and not copy the <script> part.

Injecting custom CSS codes is not a feature only available to an account on a specific plan subscription. But, it is available to the traditional or classic form layout. — How-to-Change-the-Form-Layout
