The screenshots that you have posted are from the account with the username "keden".
You have made this post from the account with the username "Ronxyfrix" but I can see that you are a sub-account user of "keden".
I have checked your forms and the forms of the main account but I could not find any that shows the "Form over quota" message.
Can you please give us the URL of a form that is showing that message?
I have also cleared the cache of your forms in case this was a cache issue.

I could not replicate the issue in any of the forms in the "keden" account.
If this happens again, let us know by providing the Form URL and we will look into it as soon as possible.
I can see that the account is close to reaching the Upload Space limit. Could it be that the account has reached that limit and the forms started to show that error? Looking into the History of the account "keden", I can see that many submissions were deleted recently, possibly to free up some space.

If this was the case, it is sometimes needed to Clear the Cache of the forms from the account when the account is under the limits again.

The account is in good standing at the moment and the "Form over quota" error should now show unless a limit is reached.
