My organization, MnTAP, has a contract with your firm to provide a form for companies and interns to apply for our programs. I need to change the contact information that is included in the jotform reply when a company or an intern completes the form. Currently in the email response that is automatically generated when a company or intern complete the form/application, the contact name is the name of my predecessor and needs to be changed to me. Please contact me at 612-624-4697 so that I can get this information changed. Thank you.
