Cannot login - button not working

    I am trying to log in with our username/PW and nothing is happening. I click the "Sign in" button and nothing happens.  All other buttons work.


    I have tried three different PCs and four browsers - IE, FF, Chrome, Edge.

    I have checked your account and I can see that it is in good standing.

    Can you try if you can log in after using a different internet connection?

    You can also try clearing your browser's cache — https://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/ and see if that will help fix the issue.

    Hi Mike,

    I figured out the answer. JotForm isn't clear when the username has an issue. If your password is wrong, it does.

    I typed in the correct username and it now allowed me in.
