It says I've gone over my payment processing limit but my form isn't processing any payments right now.

    Hi,

I checked your account and you have 6 payment submissions. You have reached your 3 payment submissions limit per month for the free account.

You can upgrade your account to the higher plan to increase your payment submissions or you can wait for the monthly limit reset which happens every first day of the month.

To check your account usage, please open your JotForm account and click this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage

But this still doesn’t answer my question: there are zero payments that have been processed through JotForm this month. I don’t even have paymebt processing as an option on my form. It feels like JotForm is trying to almost bully me into signing up for a plan by threatening my account because you know my form resides here. Please advise on what’s going on.

I checked your form, even your form contains PayPal integration you collect credit card information with text boxes. You can not collect credit information without using payment integration it is a violation of JotForm Terms of Use. I deleted these textbox form fields.

Also, I checked your form's submissions. There are 2 payment submissions with PayPal on these dates:

    2018-08-24 21:56:57

    2018-08-24 17:30:48

Other 4 submissions are made with "Payment Option" section. Please note that payment submission count is calculated by how many submissions made this form.
That's the reason for your form submission limit is reached to 6.
