Scrolling on the new single page form

Hi, it is really frustrating using the new single page form (which is good) due to the shocking lack of scrolling up and down the page.

It literally never works and you end up moving questions around unnessarily. 

Is there a better way or fix coming?

Please be noted that the card forms layout is having one question per page and it is not possible to have multiple questions. If you want to change the form to scroll down, you may consider switching the page layout to classic layout and display multiple questions in each page.
