i have created a somewhat complicated fillable pdf form with adobe acrobat reader
it is to fill a form and create a contract for an automobile car sale and meets all legal requirements in our jurisdiction
it has many conditional fields with several javascripts written to either hide, display, autofill certain fields etc.
i would like to create a simple website with this fillable form available to paying members to print, email and/or download completed forms for the customer to sign contract
is this possible with a jotform?
cost?
complications?
i attached the file so you can test
thanks

Yes. It is possible to setup a form to show/hide the fields on the form by using conditions. Please check the guide below that can help you with setting up conditions on the form.
https://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic
You may also auto-fill the fields on the form using the URL parameters. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with this.

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
