Are 3 payments limit for Free plan per month or per form?

I notice on the free plan, it says "3 payments." Does that mean 3 payment submissions total or 3 forms with a payment option? I'm setting this up for a small school that used to use jotforms for lunch orders but aren't really sure what plan they had. Thanks!

Three payments limits for Free plans means that you can collect 3 payment submissions per month. Meaning, your customers can submit your form 3 times with payment included.
