"Rate limit exceeded" error message is shown when the form is submitted.

    Thank you for sharing the screenshot of the error message. It seems you are getting rate limit error.

    Please note that "Rate limit exceeded" error message is shown only when you receive more than 60 submissions from same IP within 5 mins. Can you please check and confirm if you have received more than 60 submissions from same IP?

    Yes and I will keep recieving the same since I am using Jot form for my employees to make enteries of thier daily work.

     

    Please resolve this ASAP, I am loosing business opportunities because of the same.

     

    Please remove this policy from my account, I do not need it at all.
