Please cancel my subscription and downgrade account to free plan.

    jotform has been over charge from my account for 2 months. how can I downdread to free version.

    Please note that JotForm is a subscription based service. Once you upgrade your account, it remains active until you cancel your subscription yourself. 

    Upon your request, I have gone ahead and cancelled your bronze monthly subscription. I have also processed the refund for your last subscription payment as well. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account. Your account is now downgraded to free plan.
