How to create sub products?

Thank you so much for creating this awesome service, it is a lifesaver!

I have one quick question, I got all my products implemented into the form but theres one little issue I'm having- each item I see (within certain categories) is available in your choice of size, scent, and label verbiage. I somehow made one of the sections work with this, but the others will only allow me to pick one label per scent. in example: if someone adds apricot fig "bride to be" candle to their order- they can no longer order any of the other labels in that collection with the Apricot + fig scent. How do I make the scent a drop down list as well?

Thank you for your kind feedback!

As to your question, Scents of your second and further products are created as sub products, which means that users can pick several scents from the collection and to specify product options for every scent. 

But, if you want to allow choosing several same scents with different other options, you may create additional product option and to enable sub products for it. This way a scent can be selected several times. For example, I have added an option PRODUCT (1, 2, 3), but you may create more slots:
