How can I restore old forms?

I'm unable to find the old responses and forms associated with my account. Can you please help me recover these and restore?

You can find your deleted forms on your trash folder if it is not purged by you.

NOTE: You cannot restore forms that were PURGED or completely deleted from your Trash Folder.
