My form is not being received after submitting a filled out one on line

    A message tells me that the filled out form has been received, but I am not getting an e-mail notification.  My first form worked well with an e-mail received in a few minutes.   I changed to a  new form and it looks fine, acts fine, but I am not getting the e-mail.

    Hi Ron,

    You do not seem to have any notifications setup on your form. Please follow this guide in order to received submissions via E-mail when someone submits the form. Receiving Emails on Form Submissions

    Thanks much. It’s working. I’m not sure how I missed it the second time around.
