    Hi there!

We are using the import to jotform feature, which is very nice that is an option. A few questions.

    1) Is it possible to copy/paste the headlines which need to be exactly the same in your own sheet? I can only do it in the .csv template format and then I need to separate it for each field afterwards.

    2) When I import it, it always creates a lot of duplicates on the same row, so we have 4-6 of the same submissions in the form. Are we doing something wrong? Im just putting in the rows in an excel sheet and then importing it, but only filling out the first 5 fields, as the customer need to fill out the rest.

    Best regards,

To know more on how to import data into Jotform you can refer to the following guide - Import-App-Easily-Import-Your-Excel-or-CSV-Data-into-JotForm

    1. I am not sure if you are referring to the CSV template headers which come in the format of column headers enclosed in double quote. Like the one shown below. This can be copied to a text file and then imported into your CSV file using Text Import Wizard.  You can refer to this article from Microsoft's website - https://support.office.com/en-us/article/text-import-wizard-c5b02af6-fda1-4440-899f-f78bafe41857

Once you do this you can keep a copy of the CSV file as a template.  It's very important to have correct headers into your CSV/Excel sheet.

    2. I reviewed your screenshot and it looks like the import file has looped to export the records. Even though you are importing only 4-5 fields It's recommended to include all column headers. This is to ensure the mapping is properly done with the existing submission sheet.
