I can't login and can't reset the password.

    I can't access my account. When I try to login I get an error message that the username and password don't match (which is not true). When I request a password reset, I don't get the email with instructions.

    I can not find any user with this email address. (contact@semonade.com)

    Can you provide your username or email address to help you?

    Thank you for your quick reply!

    When you said you don't find my email, I searched my inbox to make sure it was the right one. I found the email confirmation letter from when I created the account:

    Verify Your Email Address

    Thank you for using JotForm. You've entered contact@semonade.com as the email address for your Jotform account. Please verify this email adresss by clicking the button below:


    Your username: semonade


    So, I tried logging in with the username instead of the email and it worked. 

    Apparently, the email was changed at some point.
