Integration with Insightly is not working

    Hi, 


    I've just created a form for my website and set up an integration with Insightly.

    However, when the form is completed and submitted, the details submitted do not flow through to Insightly. No information flows through to Insightly.

    I can't see any errors that come up (although I'm not sure of where to look).

    I have been checking your form and integration, it seems to be properly integrated. I have also cloned your form and integrated it with Insightly as well, it worked fine on my end. 

    I would recommend you to try resetting your API key, this guide will help you doing so: https://support.insight.ly/hc/en-us/articles/204864594-Finding-or-resetting-your-API-key
