Unable to receive mail

    When i submit the form from my website , no information is sent to the given email id . Please sort out the problem. Information is only sent when i test a mail from jotform. I have given an id in the submit button i.e s******@finaccers.com but when i submit form no information is received in that id. Please solve the problem asap.

    First off, I'd like to confirm whether the notification is supposed to contain only the message "New Pilot Project Submission". If not, please recreate the notification to include all form details.

    As for your original complaint, it is probable that your server is rejecting the messages because the form is using the form's email field as its "From" email.

    To quickly resolve this problem, try configuring your form to use noreply@jotform.com as its Sender Email.

    You may use the form's email field as the Reply-To Email so you'll be able to reply to the form submitter directly, if needed.
