Form error "only one entry allowed"

My form show "Sorry only entry is allowed" please help me I need serveral registrations

May we know the form in question?

Kindly check your Settings> Form Settings> then unique submissions if it is "no check".

You might have enabled the unique submissions that's why you're seeing such error message.
