Our form with encryption enabled is not connecting to Infusionsoft

    Hi. I have a form integrated with Infusionsoft. The form collects SSN from our clients so we encrypt the form. Because of that encryption, the data of the form flows through to Infusionsoft as scrambled, resulting in campaign issues (the API isn't triggering). 

    Is there a work-around?

    I'm sorry to say that once the encryption is enabled, the integration is technically not possible since there is no way you can read the data outside Jotform. 


    Your option would be to remove the SSN and fields for ID, then disable the encryption for the Infusionsoft integration to work. You can ask these details through email. Keeping these fields in the form while encryption is disabled is not secure and will likely trigger our form reviewers to scan your forms.
