I need to store all my submitter's attachments in Google Drive and keep my Jotform upload space free. Unfortunately, even after the Auto-delete app deletes the submissions, my Jotform upload space does not go down like it should. I have 0 stored submissions, yet Jotform claims I'm using some of my allotted storage space.
Can you please help me fix this issue?
(In the meantime, I have disconnected my forms from the auto-delete app.)

I checked your file storage and it showing 0.00kb used:
It does indeed look like the files are being removed. The same is currently being shown in your account settings. It is possible the file just hadn't cleared our system yet.
