How to Change the Email Address Used for Notification Email

Thank you for the previous response.  Unfortunately, that is not helping. 

Most recently, we were able to update the email addresses through Google - Gmail.  But we can't do that now.  And we don't have a User Name and Password because we were able to update the email addresses via the Google app.

As for the account issues, the username associated with the account that has your form is "maxburst" and the email address for password reset purposes is "info@maxburst.com".  If someone else has created the forms for you, you would neeed to contact them to make the updates.
