Is there a way to update the Tab or Page Title of the form?

We copied a form to create a new form.  When we did this, we noticed that the tab in Internet Explorer is still referencing the name of the form that was copied.  Is there a way to update this tab to reflect Distinguished Team versus EOM?  See screen shot.
