My personal email is all of a sudden the default email. How do we return the original email?

I checked your profile email address and it is listed as T**98@op*****ne.net. I think this is your company email address and by default, the email notifications will be sent to this email address.

I am not sure what do you mean by default email address is changed to your personal email. Please share the form URL where you found this issue and then we can find out more.

Thank you. I have restored the original email address. I do not know how it was changed but the original is now restored.
