i need Forms that send an email to a third-part.

 hi, I am trying to use Jott form to create a portal on my website where when the participant is finished and pushes the send button that it arrives at the  receivers email address appearing to be an email as opposed to a filled out form We are trying to use this to make special requests for programming at radio stations to carry our children's band'ss music 

We are asking our fans to send emails to program directors by filling out a form which we will either email them by link or will be located on our website.

It must appear to be an awesome dick email and not a form on the recipients end.

 Can this be done with Jott form?

Yes, that's possible through an autoresponder. You can use a field value as the recipient so when the form is submitted, that entered or defined email will receive the autoresponder message.

You can also send emails based on the user's answer. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer

The autoresponder template can be customized according to your preference.
