I received a message saying my form had been disabled because I reached my limit. But the reality is that somehow so spam account has submitted a ton of entries. How can this be blocked?

Hello,
I have checked your form submissions and it seems that your form was attacked by a spam bot. It looks like that the abuser found your form and used a script to submit multiple entries. We recommend to add a captcha field to prevent issues like that.
Please check the following guide: How-to-Add-a-Captcha-Field
Also, you may consider switching a Unique Submission option to 'Check cookies only' or 'Check cookies and IP'.
I have reset the submissions counter and lifted the overlimit status for your account. Please follow our recommendations to prevent spam issues in future.
Thank you.

I checked the existing submission data of the form, but I was not able to see spam submissions.
Can you provide more details which submissions are spam only.
